ORDERING

Yes. All orders are transmitted over secure Internet connections using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology. All personal information, such as credit card numbers and your password are stored in encrypted format. The website is tested quarterly to ensure that high security standards are maintained.

 

To review an order, log into your account and choose 'View Order Status and History.' The tracking number for your order will be emailed to you once the order has shipped. After receiving this number you can check the status of your delivery by visiting www.fedex.com.

 

We accept payment by Visa, Master Card or American Express. Personal or Company checks may be used to pay for orders placed over the phone. Merchandise from these orders will not ship until the checks clear, approximately 10 days from deposit. Payments by check must be received within 1 business day in order to secure the items from stock.

 

Orders delivered in the state of New Mexico will be charged 7.00% sales tax.

 

An order can be canceled only before it is shipped. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your merchandise within 30 days from the original date of shipment.

Once a 50% deposit has been received on a Custom Order, it may not be, altered, canceled or returned.

 

Can you hold an item for me?

Due to our limited stock and pricing, which is significantly below retail list, we are not able to hold items.

Do you have a catalog?

Yes! Please contact us to request a paper copy be sent by mail.

 

Do you have a showroom I can visit?

Yes! We also sell our collection at our showroom in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Click here to learn more about it. However, you will not find our collection in other showrooms because we do not wholesale it, in order to keep our pricing competitive.

 

Where are your products manufactured?

Many of our most popular styles are handmade at a workshop in India, including our leather pillows, turned wood stool tables and leather goods. We produce some of our furniture and accessories locally in New Mexico, USA and we buy from artisans from across the globe.

 

We do offer a large selection of eco-friendly products, which you can find here. Additionally many of our wood tables are offered in a low VOC earth-friendly finish. You can see these product here.

 

Yes, we design and manufacture most of the products on our website. This means that many of the styles available online can be ordered in custom sizes and materials. We receive custom orders for our pillows and wood tables frequently and almost any other style that you see online is also available to your specifications. Depending on the changes that you would like to make, the lead-time for a custom style might be no longer than if you were ordering it as shown. Commissions for bespoke furniture and accessories are also welcomed, as are wholesale orders produced in larger quantities.

 

Leather Hard Goods and Wood Furniture & Accessories can be wiped clean with dry, soft cloth. A clear wax may be added for extra protection. Soft Goods should be professionally cleaned.

What is your Return Policy?

Custom Orders are final sales. All other merchandise can be exchanged or returned for a full refund if received within 30 days from the original date of shipment. The actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund if your order shipped for free.

To ensure that your return is accepted, your order must be returned in its original packaging and be sent with UPS, Fed Ex or another carrier which provides a tracking number. All returns sent via US Mail must have a 'Delivery Signature Tag' attached to them to ensure that we will be notified when they arrive.

 
SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How will my order ship and how long will it take to receive it?

Most items ship via Fedex Ground. Some larger items ship via Freight Carrier. Please refer to the item's product page for a confirmation of the shipping method. If any of your items ship with a Freight Carrier we will contact you within 1 business day to confirm the cost.

 

Clients needing express delivery can send us a message or call 1-866-804-1909 for a shipping quote and estimated lead-time.

Fedex Transit Times

Will they bring the packages into my home?

No. Fed Ex offers door delivery, but they do not bring the packages into your home. This is also true for larger items sent by Freight Carrier. If you would like inside placement of your order please send us a message or call 1-866-804-1909 to request White Glove delivery.

 

Can I schedule a time for delivery, or will I need to make myself available the whole day?

Fedex does not make appointments and delivers shipments between 9 am - 7 pm - Monday - Friday. However, you can request a 4 hour window for shipments sent with a Freight Carrier.

 

I ordered multiple pieces; will they ship all together?

We will often hold available items to ship in full when remaining items become available. If you would like the items from your order to ship as available please send us a message or call 1-866-804-1909.

 

How do I track my shipment?

The tracking number for your order will be emailed to you once the order has shipped. After receiving this number you can check the status of your delivery by visiting www.fedex.com.

 

What should I know about the delivery of my package?

Fedex Ground requires a signature for all shipments sent to a business address. Fedex will often leave packages at a residential address if no one is home to sign for it. However it is up to the driver to determine if it is safe to leave a package. Pfeifer Studio assumes no responsibility for packages left without a signature. Please contact us after placing your order if you would like to require a signature at delivery or if you have any questions. All shipments sent with a Freight Carrier will require a signature.

 

What should I do if my shipment arrives damaged?

In the unlikely event that your shipment arrives damaged, please send us a message or call 1-866-804-1909. We will need your Order Number and the FedEx Tracking Number, located on the outside of the package, to file a claim and arrange to have a replacement order sent to you.

 
ALASKA, HAWAII, CANADA & INTERNATIONAL

Yes, most of our products can be shipped worldwide. All items are sent Tariff and Duty Collect. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the order and its destination. International clients can send us a message or call 1-866-804-1909 for a shipping quote.
